No. Your points never expire. Tier status resets every January 1, but your point balance stays with you.
Any rewards you already redeemed will still be honored. Your unredeemed points will carry over to your new Smok'n Rewards account.
Open the Smoky Mountain app and tap Scan so your server or cashier can scan the QR code on your phone. You can also give them your phone number.
All food and beverage purchases earn points, including catering. Gift card purchases don't earn points, but you'll earn them when you use a gift card to pay for food and drinks.
Scan in the same way. Your server or cashier will see the rewards available on your account and ask if you'd like to use one.
Yes. Go to Rewards in the app, pick the reward you want, and tap Order Now. The item will be discounted in your cart.
Usually it's one of two things. Your birthday isn't saved in your account, or you joined after your birthday this year. Your reward arrives on your birthday and is good for 30 days.
Yes, as long as you're logged into your account.
No. Only orders placed in our restaurants, on our website, or in the Smoky Mountain app earn points.
Yes. Sacn the QR code at the bottom of the receipt by opening your Smoky App, clicking the Scan method, and scanning the receipt or emailing marketing@smkymt.com we'll add the points to your account. Only purchases made after you joined count.
