Our pizza dough is freshly made on a daily basis, hand-tossed to order, and prepared with a Parmesan-baked crust, and we make our rich and creamy Alfredo Sauce completely from scratch. Reggianito parmesan is also made into our sauce, along with flavorful seasonings and freshly chopped garlic.

As with all of our locations, our staff at our Meridian pizza restaurant strives for exceptional customer service. In the past, delivery services were less reliable and consistent, but with the magic of modern technology like GPS, you can rest assured we’ll find the correct location and get there in a reasonable amount of time. Smoky Mountain Pizzeria & Grill originated in the Boise area. Because we received so much interest in our food and services, we became quite popular as a food catering provider in Boise, and since then we’ve expanded quite a bit and gained a great deal of catering experience which we are happy to show off.

We can either arrange your event beforehand at one of our banquet rooms, or bring our products and services to your location, whether it’s an office, church, clubhouse, or rented hall.
