Kelli is the definition of a Smoky Mountain Incredibly Likable Employee (SMILE) and an inspiration to us all. Recently, Kelli suffered a sports injury yet still showed up to help at a big community event she was scheduled for, the very next morning, with a boot in tow, to boot! Not even Kelli’s injury could slow her down – She was back to work right away with her same fun, enthusiastic attitude and eager to help everyone around her despite her pain. Thank you Kelli for going above and beyond every day – We applaud your excellence and are so grateful to have you on our team!
