Featured Grapevine Wine – Pinot Noir

Smoky’s Grapevine Wine Club’s current featured wine is Trinity Oaks Pinot Noir. With a good medium weighted palate and strong varietal berry and cherry fruit, violets and toasty oak flavors, it pairs nicely with any of our delicious Season of Salmon entrees. We’re pleased to feature this wine for it’s flavor and versatility as well as their program, One Bottle One Tree in which they plant one tree for each bottle sold. Since 2008, they have partnered with Trees for the Future, an organization that creates forest gardens all over the world to help communities in need. Through their integrated efforts, Trinity Oaks has supported over 500 communities benefitting over 900,000 people. Not to mention, they are environmental responsible from the farming practices used in the vineyards to the winery and packaging. That’s something we can get excited about!
