Smile of the Month – Rachel

It is our great pleasure to announce the SMILE Of The Month for June 2014!

BIG Congratulations to Rachel Harms of Team Parkcenter who was chosen as the overall winner. Here is what Rachel’s General Manager, Mr. Josh Bernas told us when he nominated Rachel;

“I would like to nominate Rachel, our kitchen supervisor for the SMILE Of The Month Award for June. Rachel exemplifies the true character of a Smoky Mountain Pizzeria Grill Employee. She is very diligent about greeting every customer that enters our store and provides a superior customer experience. Although Rachel works in the back of the house, she is an incredible ambassador for our Parkcenter store. She maintains a line of vision with the front door to guarantee each and every customer receives a warm greeting and that they are instantly made to feel welcome in our restaurant. In fact, Rachel is one of the first to greet our customers and often the last voice they hear upon leaving the restaurant. We have a couple of guests who make it a point to come in every Tuesday Morning because they love the way that they are welcomed by everyone including Rachel. They have told me how great it is that they can come to a place that always guarantees them a wonderful meal where they feel so invited and that’s what keeps them coming back. This is only one of the many examples of the great feedback we get about Rachel. Rachel has impressed us on the lines for many years now and we continue to be impressed by her level of teamwork and dedication to excellence. Rachel also jumps in to help with many other tasks including taking reservations with impeccable precision while encouraging excellent communication between our customers and staff. The quality and presentation of Rachel’s food is even beyond the high expectations we have in our kitchen. These are just a few examples of how Rachel goes above and beyond every day and why I believe she should be SMILE Of The Month for June”
